For the period below, we have agreed a structure for the payment of rebates to Company based on the number of passengers Company produces for your company for services.

The following conditions apply:

Passenger figures are based on the total number of passengers for confirmed and consumed standard group bookings invoiced to Company during the said Period.
If you are registered for value added or sales tax, you shall ensure that the credit note is inclusive of such taxes and that such taxes are shown on the credit note where applicable. (For UK only: We hereby agree that you will issue any credit notes without VAT for the full percentage rebate.)
ORN Vacations Ltd. acts for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates, Nexus DMC, TripFactory, ORN Vacations Pvt. Ltd. and all of their affiliates.
The details of this agreement are strictly confidential between the parties and must remain so in order for it to remain in force.
All terms of our existing contract(s) shall remain valid and in force.
